Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Program Overview
Structured Approach:
- Clinically based curriculum with clear goals and objectives.
- Emphasis on guiding individuals to strengthen their lives through practical coping skills and emotional regulation techniques.
Comprehensive Focus:
- Addresses both immediate concerns and long-term mental and emotional health.
- Programs available for substance abuse and mental health needs.
Flexible Options:
- Substance abuse IOP for those with work or educational commitments.
- Mental health IOP for individuals with disruptive disorders or self-harm behaviors.
- Family support encouraged with resources to strengthen family dynamics.
Group Schedules:
- Offered Monday through Friday with morning and evening groups.

Starting the Program:
- Interview with the clinical team to determine the best fit.
