Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)


Program Overview

Structured Approach:
  • Clinically based curriculum with clear goals and objectives.
  • Emphasis on guiding individuals to strengthen their lives through practical coping skills and emotional regulation techniques.
Comprehensive Focus:
  • Addresses both immediate concerns and long-term mental and emotional health.
  • Programs available for substance abuse and mental health needs.
Flexible Options:
  • Substance abuse IOP for those with work or educational commitments.
  • Mental health IOP for individuals with disruptive disorders or self-harm behaviors.
  • Family support encouraged with resources to strengthen family dynamics.
Group Schedules:
  • Offered Monday through Friday with morning and evening groups.
  • In-person and virtual options available.
  • Varied schedules to fit busy client needs.
Starting the Program:
  • Interview with the clinical team to determine the best fit.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
